Engaging Generation Z with Microlearning
The challenge of motivating young learners, combined with the specific characteristics of Generation Z, means that teachers are more and more concerned with findings ways to make learning engaging, fun and authentic. It is of course possible for teachers to create their own activities but ideally coursebooks will do much of this work for busy teachers. This session reviews the way in which Upskill makes use of microlearning to achieve these aims. Microlearning is often referred to as a learning technique that involves bite size lessons to engage learners in the process. Find out with us how Upskill makes use of short videos to help with vocabulary, grammar and every day English plus gamification to enhance the learning experience.
