Richard Twigg is a freelance teacher and teacher trainer with 20 years teaching experience. Until recently he was Director/Academic Director at International House Milan. He was also the Director of Studies of IH Malta, where he completed his DELTA in 2007. He has also taught in the U.K. Richard set up and managed the IDP IELTS test centre in Milan for both the paper-based and computer delivered tests.

This session will look at the importance of teaching lexical chunks rather than focusing purely on the grammar of the words or the sentences.
